Book Birthday

We’re nearly at the end of the Book Birthday celebration, and that means Cabbages & Kings will only be FREE for one more day.

We all grow up with the same Robin Hood story — the hero, the outlaw, the noble thief. But legends are often polished smooth, hiding the rough edges of real life underneath.

One of my favourite things about Cabbages & Kings is Alana Dale — a young seamstress whose life is shaped by whispers of a “good thief” and the harsh realities of peasant survival.
